Xbox 360 Guitar Hero World Tour – Stand Alone Guitar

I bought this guitar about a month in advance of the GH: Metallica. It looks great sitting on my guitar stand cause that is all it good for. It will not connect to the X360. I have followed the X360 website, GH website, and even a few random sites to find a fix……FAIL! Lucky I have Rock Band and the Rock Band guitars for the most part work with the GH: Metallica game.

I honestly think that this is a great guitar! It just seems that more of the people are noticing glitches. my strum-bar on this guitar is loose, so it squeaked out of the box, and now it’s causing over-strums. over all f you can get a good one I think it’s a GREAT guitar!
Don’t take this as an average customer review by the way, this is coming from the person who easily gets 100% on we three kings (expert)!

Well it was nice while it worked which wasn’t for long. We bought 2-24-09 but b/c it broke after 90 days I guess we are out of luck. Also the guitar looks cool but after only a month of use the paint started flecking off. I do not recommend this guitar to anyone. It’s trash.

I was willing to give wireless a try. The wireless guitar I purchased in the past did the same thing this one did. Within one week the strum bar became faulty and certain fret buttons would not work. However, the Guitar Hero 2 guitar that I have had for six years works perfectly. It was fun while it lasted with its touch pad and battery life but I will never buy wireless again.
