The microphone stand is OK but for only one microphone. It comes with 3 clip holders but each one is for a different brand (Wii, PS3, Xbox). What if you would like to hold 2 PS3 controllers in the same stand? Sorry that is not possible. I wish you can choose or order the clip holders that you need.

Please save your money. I bought this to aid me in singing while playing guitar/drums on Rockband II. It was horrible because I had to stand so close to it, it messed up my playing giving me a lower score. It was not at all fun because I had to basically scream to even be registered (yes, I had the microphone tilted.) It is easy to put together would be the positive thing; however, you are better off as a lady stuffing the microphone down your bra to sing while playing.
What is needed is a microphone stand that bends midway (or let the fulcrum experts pick their spot after testing.) Hope this is helpful.

Bought this for Rock Band 2 on my PS3.
Mic stand is ok but its not that great.
Can probably buy a better mic stand for the price.
The ONLY good thing on this Mic Stand IMHO is the Controller Clips.
If I can do it over and just buy the PS3 Controller Clips that attches to a mic stand I would buy that instead.

Just to let you all know, the clips for your controllers are clear, not black like how they are in the picture.
I love this stand! Very simple and super useful for singing and playing guitar at the same time. The clip that holds the mic is great! Easy to adjust the height, just twist at the latch at the middle of the stand and slide the it up or down, then twist it back.
One more note on the controller clips, I have an Xbox 360 and only use that clip, so i can’t testify for the Wii or PS3 clips, but if you put the controller all the way in the clip (like how it is in the picture) than I’m always afraid that I’m bending the clip too much and it will break. So far it hasn’t but I’m just always careful with it. Plus, it puts the controller at an uncomfortable angle to use it when navigating through the game or adjusting the mic setting. However, if you put it in the clip enough for the battery pack of your controller fits just inside the clip (not all the way) than the controller actually tilts towards you making it more comfortable when navigating through the game.
Overall, I love it! Very fun for those avid Rock Band / Guitar Hero players!

It holds the microphone and a controler, what else is there to say? If it’s cheap, buy it.
